Material Expertise and Flexibility

We work with a wide range of polymeric, metallic, and bioactive materials, which gives us the flexibility to select and combine materials based on each project’s unique needs. Whether the goal is to enhance strength, flexibility, resorbability, or biocompatibility, we can mix and match biomaterials to create the optimal solution.

Common materials we work with include PTFE, ePTFE, PU, polypropylene, UHMWPE, polyester, all of which can be integrated into a single textile structure. 

Custom Design Solutions

Our team collaborates with clients to understand their specific product goals and regulatory needs. From there, we engineer a custom solution that leverages the ideal combination of fibres, weaves, or braids to optimize product performance.

Each design is fine-tuned based on the mechanical properties, biocompatibility, and functional requirements of the application. This level of customization is what sets our products apart.

Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities

We employ cutting-edge textile manufacturing techniques such as weaving, braiding, and knitting to seamlessly integrate different biomaterials into one cohesive design. These techniques allow us to control the structural characteristics of the textile, ensuring it meets the desired flexibility, strength, or porosity.

We also implement multi-layered designs, combining different material layers within a single textile to provide multifunctionality, such as enhanced durability with bioactive surface properties.

Post-Processing and Finishing

After fabrication, we apply additional post-processing techniques, such as coatings or thermal treatments, to further customize the textile’s properties. For instance, we can add antimicrobial coatings to improve the biocompatibility of the device or employ heat setting for enhanced dimensional stability.
